We combined client-centered health coaching with behavioral science to create Health Behavior Change Coaching. Our coaching model treats behavior change as a (somewhat) predictable process that unfolds over time, eventually leading to the desired health goal. Drawing on a PhD in Behavioral Science, we use psychology to design Personalized Change Plans that help new behaviors stick.
Dr. Elsa Larson is a National Board Certified Health + Wellness Coach and Certified Positive Psychology Health + Well-Being Coach. She holds a PhD in Behavioral Science focused in health psychology.

We provide 1:1 behavior change coaching based on your individual change goal. Whether it’s getting in shape, losing weight, managing stress, improving work-life balance, eliminating Imposter Syndrome, or something else, we can work with it.
