Work + Well-Being
The “future of work” has changed how we approach work, and what we want out of it. People are making career transitions, struggling with burnout, or questioning their purpose at work.
Work + Well-Being Coaching is a 6-session deep dive designed to help you get unstuck, or move from languishing to thriving. We leverage science-based principles from Positive Psychology and Employee Experience research about happiness, engagement, and productivity. Together, we co-design a Personalized Change Plan based on your ideal “future of work.”
We start by evaluating your holistic well-being, exploring key variables known to drive satisfaction, asking deep questions, and identifying your inherent strengths, desires, and values. We provide the space and structure to explore emotions, thoughts, and behaviors related to work and change. Then, we help you specify a measurable coaching goal for your personalized plan. Ongoing sessions are conducted weekly or bi-weekly, and may include homework exercises.
